As a Director with 10+ years of experience in the technology industry, I have gained valuable expertise in digital transformation, competitive intelligence, strategy analysis, and M&A deals execution. Currently, I have the privilege of being part of the talented team at EY Parthenon's Transaction Strategy and Execution practice, where I lead Post-Merger Integration (PMI) and Separation/Carve-Out projects from early pre-deal planning to post-deal implementation.
My passion for technology and digital has allowed me to make meaningful contributions across various areas, including Operational, IT and Technology due diligence, carve-out planning and execution, merger integration planning and execution, cost reduction, and End-to-End IT Transformation.
I am fortunate to hold a master's degree in Corporate Finance, Management & Strategy from Sciences Po Paris and an Engineering Degree in Computer Science & Applied Mathematics from the National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse - ENSEEIHT, a top-ranking French public engineering school.
